1. Information on processing

Thank you for visiting our website. Our offer is aimed exclusively at companies and business people. Fr8partner A/S (referred to as: Fr8partner, we, us) informs you in detail about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on these websites in accordance with Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data are all data with which you can be identified (e.g. name, address, email address).

The responsible party in accordance with Art. 4 Sect. 7 GDPR is Fr8Partner A/S, Olgas Alle 4, 6000 Kolding, Denmark. Its legal representative is Jens Peter Hartung (see Imprint).

The data provided to us by email or via the tool will only be used to fulfil and process your requirements or to process your other concerns, e.g. enquiries or applications. You enter all the data required for our range of services that you wish to use yourself. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR.

We have commissioned Microsoft Azure to process your data. The cloud is located in Amsterdam and is therefore subject to the EU GDPR 2016/679. For the processing of payments we pass the payment data on to our house bank if necessary. Customer data will not be passed on to any other third party or used for advertising purposes. With complete processing of the contract and complete payment of the purchase price, the customer data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law and possibly further regulations.

Data processing does not take place and is also not planned in any third countries. Automated decisions in the processing of personal data do not take place.

2. Your Rights

With regard to your personal data collected by Fr8Partner, you have the following rights which you can assert against us:

  • Right to revoke consent given (pursuant to Art. 7 Sect. 3 GDPR)
  • Right to information about your data processed by us (in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to correction or completion (in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to cancellation (according to Art. 17 GDPR) if there are no conflicting contractual or legal obligations or rights
  • Right to limitation of processing (in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to transfer data in a usable format (in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right of objection (according to Art. 21 GDPR)

 Furthermore, in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of personal data by Fr8Partner. A list of supervisory authorities can be found here.

 3. Your Visit to this Website and Cookies

When you visit our websites, we collect personal data that your browser transmits to Fr8Partner. These are data that are technically necessary for us to be able to present our website:

 IP address

  • Date and time of the request
  • Browser type / browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Name of the requested page
  • Referrer URL (website or application from which access was made)
  • Access status (e.g. file not found)

The legal basis is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR because we want to guarantee secure connection establishment, convenient use and, of course, system security and stability. The data is automatically deleted after seven days.

4. Integration of YouTube Videos

We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website.

By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified in section 3 of this statement will be transmitted. This is independent of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no such user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating this button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such evaluation takes place in particular (even for non-logged-in users) to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

The legal basis for the use of YouTube videos is Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f. In this way we can present the complex service to you in an easily understandable way.

5. Revocation and Contact

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time to take effect in the future. Such a revocation influences the permissibility of the processing of personal data after you have given it to us.
